MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart.

After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to satisfy your order. We only accept payment on the Internet with a credit card, we cannot accept payments over the phone.

When you have placed your order, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Your statement will show the transaction as Nautique.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All products are despatched within 48 hours of the payment received. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Higher value orders are transported by Carrier to ensure they are easy to collect if you are out when they call.

TAX CHARGES

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software using 128 bit encryption when the order is placed. They are only decrypted once they reach our bank (HSBC) which processes the credit card numbers. We do not store credit card details. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
